WHEREAS, pursuant to the autharitp v'ested in this Board
under Government Code Sections 50/+30 et s~., tE~.is Board wishes to
declare its interztion to abandon a public high,way as described belor~r;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT i2ESOLVED by thzs Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on Apri1 8 , 1975, at 2:00 ~.m. , ix~ the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing
shall be held on the abar~donment of the following described public
highway.
'~hat certa~.n 20 foot radius return located in the southeast
corner o~' Lot ~kl of the Sierra Vista Subdivision No. 1, as
recorded in ttte office of ~he ltecorder at Book 25 Maps o£
Record, Pages 33 & 34, Butte County, California
2. That ~his ResoLution be posted and pubZished pursuant
to the'provisions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
