1. The e~~erior boundaries of the ~er~i~ory ~o be annexed
are as described in Exhibit "A"a~tached hereto and u~ad~ a part hereaf
by ~his r~~er~nce.
2. Th~ ~e~ritory proposed for annexation is uninhabi~ed.
3. Tha~ ~he folYosaing disti.nctive short fio~n designation
shall be used th~oughout -~his proc~edings:
LAFCO No. 75-~ An.nexaCian to Co~n~y Service Area No. ~.
WHEREAS, the reason for ~his annexation proposal is to
provide main-tenance and ser-vic~.ng of draznage facili~ies am.d con--
s~ruc~ion, operation, xeplacemen.t, maintenance and repair o£ sewage
collectian, ~ransporta~ion and disposa~ system.s, for the described
territo~y.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED as follaws ~n complian.ce
wi~h the ~equi.remen~s of ~he Di.s~rict Reargani.zation Act and ~he
de~ex~mina~Ci.ans o~ the Local Ager~cy Formation Commission:

2. A public hearing sha11 be held on ~his propased annexation

Butte County Ad~in~.stration Bu~.~.ding, Oroville, Cali~arnia.
