RESOLUTION AU2'HORIZING SALE OF BONDS
WHEREAS, the County of Butte has advertised for bids
for sale of bonds to be issued to represent all unpaid assessments
in Firland Acres Assessment District, County of Butte, 5tate of
California; and
WHEREAS, Bix'r W~1son & Co. have
offered to purchase all of the bands representing unpaid assess-
ments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the notice
. of sale for said bonds and at the following price, to wit:
. 96% of the par value thereof ^ __
and at the fol7.owing rate of interest:
7.6% per annum
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Super--
visors of the County of Butte, 5tate of Cal.ifornia, that said
bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments be sold to
Birr Wilson & Co.
at the price named in ~heir bid on file herein, plus accrued
interest from the date thereof until paid and in accordance with
a11 of the terms and condita.ons of the notice of sale for said
bon ds .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bonds shall be issued to
represent all of ~he unpaid assessments under the provisions of
the Impro'v'ement Act of 1911, under the terms and conditions out-
lined in the Resolution of Intention, as amended, on file in
these proceedings.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and segularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the ~lth day of March, 1975, by the following
vote, to wit: '
