RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC HIGHWAY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
rtarch 11 , 1975, in the Supervisors' Room of the Butte
Coun.ty Administration Building_fronting on Huntoon Street, in Oroville,
California, Butte County, and it appearin,g to said Board that a Notice
of Intention and Resolution to Abandon a Public Highway and Not9.ce of
Time and P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly
given as required by law, and testim.ony and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said
Board now finds that the hareinafter described Public Highway (to
wit, an alley) is unnecessary for presen~ an.d prospective use;
I~TOW, TI3EREFORE, IT IS I-iEEREBY ORDERED AS F~LLOWS:
1. Tha~ ~he pub].ic highway situate in the County of Butte,
S~ate of California, as hereinafter more particularly des.cribed, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public highway so abandoned
is si~uate in the County of Sutte, State of Cali~ornia, and more
particularly described as follows:
Certain all.ey situated in
Block 3~+ of Subdivision of Thermalito as recorded on Wa11
Maps 4& 6 of the Sutte County Recorder's Office
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolu~eion, with the seal. of the Board of Supezviso~s
of ehe Cou.n~y of Butte, State of Ca].ifornia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADC3PTEB by the Butte Gounty Board of Super-
visors this lith day of March , 1975, by the following
