RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTxON 75-21
GIVZNG AUTHORZTY FOR THE pIRECTOR OF
PUBLTC WORKS TO EXECUT~ THE CONTRAGT
WTTH THE CALIFORNIA HZGHWAY PATROL
WHEIREAS, Resolution No. 75-21 was passed and adopted by the
Butte County Board of Supervisors on February 11, 1975, pursuant
to Cal.ifornia Vehicle Code §§9250.7 and 22710 pzoviding for
partzci.pation by local agencies in the vehicle abatemen~ program;
and
WHERE,AS, Che Soarcl of Supervisors desires to azuend the authority
granted to the Director of Public Works contained therein pertaining
ta the ~erm of the contract to be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sutte County ]3oa~d of
Supe~vi.sors tha~ ~he fourth paragraph of Resolution 75-21 es~Cab].ishing
the term of contract to be e~ecuted is hereby amended to read as
tollows:
"NOW, THEREFO1tE, B~ IT RESOLVED, that the County of Butte
participate in the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program
from February ~, 1975 until ,7une 30, 1976,"
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Bu~te County Board of Supervisors
