12ESOLUTION AUTHORIZI.NG APPLICAT~ON FOR SHORT-DOYLE FUNDS
T~THEREAS, by Resolut~on No. 66-88, the Butte County Mental
Health Service has been established pursuant to the p~ovisions of
the Short-Doyle Act (Welfare and Institutions Code §§5600 e~ se ), and
WHEREAS, ~he County of But~e desires to apply for sta~e
funds for the establishment o~ a counry mentai heaith program
pursuant to ~he provisions of the Short-Doy].e Act.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Soard of Supervisors
of the County of ~3uCte, State o£ California, that the aCCached appli-
cation £o~' Short-Doyle Act funds, including tb.e plans for said program
and the budget therefor, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Butte CounCy Mental Health Director is directed to file the same
with the Depar~ment of Mental. Hygiene of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of Calitornia, this 18th day of March, 1975,
by the following vote:
