State of California, as follows:
7., Th.at said County enter into County - State Agreement No. 32 (Revised)
Federal-ai.d Secondary Road, D~.stxi.ct III, Butte County, Federai-aid Secondary
Pxoject RS-1523(5} for Fexztz Road £xom State Route ].9~. to Messilla Va11ey
Road and Federal-aid Secondary Project RS-1524(1) for Pentz-Magalia Highway
from 7..2 miles north of Lime Saddle Road to 1.4 miles south of DeMi11e Road
and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute said agxeement on
behalf of said County;
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach cer~a.fied copy
of this resolution Co said agreement.
