APPROVING DISTF2ICT MAP AND DESIGNATING
NAME OF DISfiRIC'I'
ERESOLVE]] by the Baard of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte,
fState of Cala.fornia:
yPhat the map submitted by the County Surveyor--Director of Pubiic Works
of tha.s Caunty showing by a boundary line ~hereon the boundaries of
"LASSEN AVENUE ASSESSNIENT DISTRICT N0. 1", be and the same is hereby,
ap.proved and ~ha~ the Clerk of this Board shall file it in his o~~ice.
That alI o~ the 12esolutions to be adopted respecting said "LASSEN
AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT I~70e 1" shall refer to said map in lieu
of describing the boundaries of said District by other means.
That this Board hereby designates the.area enclosed within the
boundary line shown on said map by th~ name "LASSEN AVENU~ 1-1S5ESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1" and hereby directs that zn all proceedings of this
Board of Supervisors relating thereto that said area sha3.1 be known
