APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
AND
DESTGi~TA'I`ING HIS DUTIES
!R~SOLVED BY THE BOARI~ OF SIIPEBVISORS OF THE COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE QF CALIFORI~IIA:
~'hat EV~RD McCAIN be, and he is hereby, appointed
Engineer of Work and ~hat he shall do and per~orm the du~ies
of th~ County Surveyor or Supearintendent of Streets that are
hereafter specified in the matte~ of ~he improvemen~ of certain
streets and easements witha.n and adjacent to the area in this
Caunty shown upon the map of Lassen Avenue Assessment District EVo. 1
adopted and approved by this Board on March 18 , 1975.
That said Engineer of Work is hereby directed ~o
p~epare for this Boarfl, Maps, Diagrams, P1ans and Specificati.ons
for doing said work together with careful estimates of the costs
and expenses thereof.
That said caork sha11 be done under the directa.on
and to the satisfaction o£ ~he said Engineer af Work and that
kze shall_make and siqn the assessmen~. to be levied for said
wark together with the warran~ for the same.
That the compensation for Everd F~IcCain for the
performance of the du~ies here~.nabove set forth shall be
determined in accordance with. that certain Standard Hourly
Rate Schedule attached hereto and marked ExhYbi~ A and that
