WHEREt1.S, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Cade provides that in
May of each year Coun~y sEial7. submit to the DepartmenC of Transportation, State
of Cali£ornia, an~r additions or deleta,ons from iCs mileage of maintained county
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each rou~e added or deleted; and
[dHEREAB, the Department of Public Works, State of Ca].i£ornia, cextified
to the State Gontrolier on March 31, 1975, ~hat the total mileage o~ main~
tained county roads in Butte County was 1459.5~ miles; and
WH~TtEAS, Butte County now finds tha~ Che total mileage of maintained
county roads is 1463.04 miles;
NOW2 THER~FOktEa BE TT RESOLVED that the mileage of maintain.ed county roads
certified March 31., 1975, be corrected in accordance with the indicati.ons in
color on the accompanying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance with the
addit~ions oz coxrections to tihe aYtached tabulation mariced Exhibit "B"~ both
exhibits being made a part of tihis resolution, by incorporation herei.n, and
which said exhibits specify the termini and mileage of each route added ox
dele~ed.
