Quality Act in Resolution 73-59, and WHEREAS, the Sfiate has adopted amendraents ta its guidelines which require some additons to the County guidelines. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED;.:by the Board o£ Supe~visors rhat the procedures attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and adoptec~ pursuant to Public Resources Code §2.1082 as the objectives, criteria and procedures to implement the Cal~fornia Enviro~ental Quality Act of 1970, consistent with the guidelines adopted by the Secre~ary of the Resources Agen:cy pvrsuant to Pub3.ic Resources Code §21083.
