California, Butte County, and it appearing to said Board ~hat a Notxce
of Tntention and Resolution to Abandon a Public Highway and Notice
of Time and Dlace of Hearing of said Abandon~merzt ~c,+ras duly and regtilarly
given as required by 1aw, and Cesta.mon.y and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said
Board now finds that the hereinafter descr~.bed Public Highway (to
wit, a 20 ft. radius returr~) is uruxe~essary for present and prospective
use:
NOW, THERE~'012E, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED E+.5 FOLLOWS:
1. 'That the public highway situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter mor e particul.ary described, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the descxiption of said public highway so abandoned
is situate in the Coe~ty of Bu~te, State of California, and more
particuTarly described as follows:
That certain 20 foot radius return 7.oeated in the southeast
corner o~ Lot ~~1 0~ the Sierra Vista Subdiv~sion No. 1, as
recorded in the office of the Recorder at Book 25 Maps of
Record, Pages 33 & 34, But~e Covnty, California.
3. That the C}.erk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of ~he Board of Supervisors
ot the County of Sutte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Californis.
