RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Coun~y Clerk of the
County oE Butte, State of California, a map showing the proposed bound-
aries of Clark Road Assessment Distric~ No. 1, County of Butte, State
of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Soard of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that that certain map
entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Clark Road Assessment District
No. ~, County of Butte, State of Caiifornia," is hereby approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said map
shall be filed with the County Recorder of the County of Butte in
accordance with the provisions of Par~ 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of Ca~ifornia.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
