RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION TO UNDERTAKE
SPECIAL ASSESSPQENT PROCEEBINGS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE MADE IN CLARK
ROAD ASSESSMENT DTSTRICT N0. 1, COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County.of
Butte, State of California, as fo~laws:
1. There has been filed with the County C1erk of~the County
of Butte, a map en~i~led, "Proposed Boundaries of Clark Road Assessment
District No. 1, Countiy of Butte, State of California," which said
map is incorporated herein by this reference as though fuliy set forth
herein.
2. It is hereby determined that assessment district pro-
ceedings shali be instituted for the construction of improvements and
acquisitions to be made within the boundaries of said proposed assess-
ment district.
3, It is hereby faund, determined and ordered that
COOK ASSOCIATES, ENGZNEERING CONSULTANTS, shall be Project Engineer
in accordance with the tezms and conditions of the contrac~ to be
entered into. It is further ordered that Sturgis, Den-Dulk, Douglass
& Anderson, Attorneys at Law, oakland, California, shall be Special
Bond Gounsel to prepare ail proceedings in accordance with the terms
and conditions of ~he contract to be entered intio.
4. Said~dis~rict shall be known and designated as Clark
Road Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State of Californxa.
5. The district which sha11 bear the cos~ and expenses
of said improvements and acquisitions, including all incidental expenses,
and which is to be assessed to pay for the cost thereof is that dis-
trict shown on a map which is on file in the office of the County

Clerk which is designated, "Proposed Boundaries of Clark Road Assessment
Dist~ict No. l, County of Butte, State of California."
6. Said special assessment proceedings are to be taken
under the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, with
bonds to be issued under the provisions of the Impravement Act of 1911.

I HEREBY CERTIFY ~hat the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
Sta~e o£ Calitornia, at a reqular meeting thereof, held on the 15th
day of April, 1975, by the fol.~.owing vote, to wit:
