RESOLi3TI0N SETTII~IG TINIE AND PLACE OF HEAT2ING FOR
DETERMINING PUSLIC CONVENIENCE ANB NECESSITY IN '
CLARK ROAD ASSESSM~NT DISTRICT N0. 1, COUNTY OF
BiSTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has adopted a map showing the boundaries of proposed
C1ark Road Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State of
California, which said map is entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of
Clark Road Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, 5tate of
California;"
NOW, ~'HEIZ~FORE, BE I~ RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The Board of Snpervisors prnposes to implement special
assessment proceedings under the provisians of the Municipal Improve-
men~ Act of 1913, with, bonds to be issued undez the provisions of
the Tmprnvement Act of i911 for the purpose of the construction of
imprvvemen~s and acquisita.ons to be made.
2. Tha~ Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 1975, at the hour
of 2:00 P. ~4. of said day, is hereby fixed as the day and hour, and
the meeting place of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
located in the Sut~e County Co~rthouse, 1859 Bizd, Oroville,
California, as tre place, when and where any and a11 persons znter-
ested may appear and show cause why the Board shoul~l not find and
determine tha~ the public cnnvenience and necessity require the sai.d
proposed improvements and acquisi~ions to be made in said proposed
assessment district, without compliance with the provisions of the
Special Assassment Investigation. Limitation and Majority Protest
Act af 1931.

3. The County Clerk af the County of Butte is hereby directed
to qive notice of the tzme and place of said hearing in the follow-
ing manner:
By publishing a Notice of Heara.ng, said publicatian to
be not less than twenty (20) days prior to the date of
said hearing.
By posting a copy of the Notice of Hearing at or near
the place of ineeting of the Board of Supervisors for
five (5) days prior to the time of said hearing.
By mai~ing a copy of 'the Notice of Hearing to each
property owner in said proposed assessment district,
~said mailing to be sent not less than twenty (20) days
prior to the date o~ said h.earing.
~ By posting a copy o£ the Notice of Hearing on all open
streets within the proposed assessment districf., sa.id
notice to be posted not more than three hundred feet (300)
apart, and not less than twenty (20) clays prior, to the date of
5aid hearing.

I HEREBY CERTiFY that ~he foregQing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of
Butte, State of Calzfornia, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the I5th day of April, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
