RESOI,UTION AUTHORTZTNG EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. l TO
MASTER AGREEMENT RE FEDERAL 2.ID SAEER ROADS I7EMONSTRATIQN PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as fol7.ows:
1. That said County approve I'rogram Supplement Number 1 to masteX agree-
ment for Federal-aid Safet Roads Demonstration Progxam in Butte County, and
the Chairman o£ Che Board be authorized to execute said agzeement on behalf
of said County. This supplement covers the installation ofi automatic crossing
protec~ion. on federal rontes as shown in Exha.bi.t "~" attached to Program
SuppLemenC. No. 1;
2, That Clerk of this Boazd be authorized to attach certified copy of this
resolut9.on to said agxeement.
