TO BE DONE AND APPROVING BONBS IN FIRLAIdD ACRES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~ BE IT RESOLVED hy the Board of Superviso~s of the County
of Butte, State of California, that contraat dated ~he 22nd day of
Apra.l, 1975, by and between the Countp of Butte, anc3 S. N. Phillips,
an individual doing business as S. N. PhiZlips Corist. Co., ~or the
work and improvements to be done in Firland Abres Assessment
District, County of Butte, S~ate of California, is hereby approved;
and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLV~D that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte be authorized to sign, and the
County Clerk thereof be authorized to attest, said agreement; and
B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Labor and Material Bond
and the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the performance of said
_ contract and to secure payment of labor and material claims be fiZed
wa.th tk~e County Clerk of the County of Butte in said matter, which
said Labor and Materia]. Bond and said Faithful Per£ormance Bond
are hereby approved.
