RESOLUTZON AUTHORIZTNG EXECUTION OF PROGRAM ST7PPLII~IENT N0. 2 Tp
MASTER AGR~~ENT RE FEDERAL AID SAF~R ROAbS DEMONSTR,4TIQN PROGRAM
1 BE IT'RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors of the County oP Butte,
2 S~aCe of California, as follows:
3 1. That said County approve Program Supplement Number 2 to master agree-
4 ment for ~'ederal-ai:d Safer Roads Demonstration Program in Butte County, and
6 the Chairman of the Board be autk~orized to execute said agseement on behalf
6 of said Count}r. `This supplemeat covers the upgrading of pavement markings to
7 conform to 1971 M.U,T.C.A. as shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supple-
8 ment No. 2;
9 2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
10 this resolut3.on to said agreement.
11 PASSED ANA ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte,
12 State of Cala.foxnia, this 22nd day of April , 1975,
