Harris and Car1 H. Worthington to a11ow the abandonment of a public
utility easement as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the autnority vested in thzs ~oard
under Government Code §§50430, et se ., this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon said public utility ease~ent as described
below:
NOW, TH~RBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Boazd:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on May 27, I975 at 10:~5 a.m., in the Board Cnambe~s, Butte
County Adminis~ration Building, QroviLle, California, a~earing shall
be held on the abandonment of the follow~ng described easement:
PARCEL I
A portion of Lot 175 and Lot ~76 as shown on that certain
map entitled "Paradise Pines Unzt No. ~3," recarded
May 13, 1971 in Sook 38 Map of Records, Pa~e 28, County
of Sutte, State of California, moxe particularly described
as .follows : ~-
A parcel o:~ land 10.00 .feet wide measured at right angles
to and lying parallel with and southezly of the followin~
described line.
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot Z76,
beinQ a point on the Noxtht~~es~erly right of_ way of Colter
Way (a county road); thence S 38° [F7' /~0" W 75.00 fee~ to
THE TRUF POINT OF BEGIN~TT]~TG; thence N 5I° 12' 20" W,
~28.00 feet to the end of the herein described line.
