after appropriate proceedings, duly adopted a reso~ution approving
tl~e proposed annexation anc~ assigning to said proposal the following
distinctive,short-form designation: LAFCO No. 75-1 Azinexa~ion to
Coun~y Service Area No. 4, and
WHEIiEAS, upon receipt o~ the resolution of approval from
the Local Agen.cy Formation Commission, this Board on ?~Iarch lI, 1975
adopted Resolution ~to. 75-39, a resolution and notice of intention to
annex territory to County Service Area No. 4 and setting a public
hearing on said proposed annexa~tion to be held April 22, 1975 at
2:00 'p .m., and
WH~REAS, notice of said gublic hearing was duly and pzoperly
given, the said hearing has been held and. a11 persons desiring to
be heard have been heard, no written protests of the proposed annexa-
tion were filed with th.is Soard and the factors set fazth in Government
Code §56314''.l have been considered.
1~IOW, TI?~REFORE, SE IT RESOLVED and ordered pursuant to
Government Code §§56319.1, 56320, and 56323 that the ~erritory
c3escribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto ancl made a part hereo.f by
this re~erence i.s ordered annexed to County Service Area No. 4,
witlz.out election, £or the purpose of providing maintenance and
servicing of drainage facilities and construction, operation,
replacement', maintenance and repair of sewage collection, trans-
portation and disposal systems for the described territory.
