ON OF ABA!~TDONME~IT OF PUBLIC UTILITY FASEMENT
WH~REAS, this Board has received a request from James I.
Harris and Carl H. Worthington to allow the abandonment of pub~.ic
utility easement as described below,
WH~REAS, pursuant to the authority vested in Chis Board
under Governm.ent Code §§50%30, et seg.., ~h~s Board ~rishes to abandon
said easements as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 2T RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That rhis Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospec~ive public use.
2, That said public u~Ciliry easement as herein.a.fter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacatad.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
County of Bu~te, S~ate of California, and described as .follows, to
wit:
PARCEL I
A portion of Lot 175 and Zot 176 as shown on that certain
map entitled "Paradise Pines Unit 1Vo. I3," recorded
A2ay 13 , 1971 in Bao1c 38 Map of Records , Page 28 , Coun.ty
of Bur~e, State of California, more particu~.arly descr~.bed
as follows:
A pareel of land 10.00 feet wide measured afi right angles
Co and lying para11e1 with and southerly of the _following

Commen.cing at the most easterly corner of said I.ot 176,
being a point on the Northwesterly right of way of Colter
