WHEREAS~ a portion of Hearst Avenue is no longer neee'ssary.or
required for road puarposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Section
9~0.1~ the Board finds that a partion of Hearst Avenue should be
summara.].y vacated,
NOW, ~}IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE- by ~he Board of Supervisars of

The following-described portion of Hearst Avenue is;hereby
summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Ha.ghways
