RESO~U~'ION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PR~~RAM SUPPI,EP1fENT N0. 3 TO
MAST~R AGREIIVlED]~ RE FEDERAL AID SAFER R(lADB DIlVIONSTRATION PROGRAM
BE IT R.ESOZVED by the Board of Supervisors of the ~ounty of Butte,
State of California, as ~ollows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement Number 3 to master agree-
ment for F`ederal.-azd Safer Roads Demonstra~ion Program in Butte Coun~y, 'and
the Chairman of the ~oard be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
o~ said Covnty. This supplement covers the instal].ation of automatic crossing
protection on non-~ederal. routes as shown in E~rhibit '~B" attached -~o Program
Supplemen~ No. 3;
2. That Olerk of this Board be authorize@ to attach certified copy of this
resolution ~o said agreement.

of Federal Aid Prajects marked "r.xhibit B" is hereby incorporated
in ~hat Master Agreement for t~e ~'ederal-Aid Program wE~ich was
entered into between the above named LOCAL A~EIVCY anc~ the SxATE
on A ril $ 1975 , and is subject to all o£ the
terms 2nd coaditiions t ereof.
The subject program 1s adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of
Ar'ticle II of the aforementioned agreement under authority of
~u~.fCounty Resolution No. 75-87 approved by tihe ~1
