RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 4 TO
MASTER AGREEMENT RE FEDERAL AID SAFER BOADS DEMONSTRATIQN PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as foLiows:
1, ~at said CounYy approve Program Supplemen~ Number 4~o masrer agree-
ment for Federal-aid Safer Roads Demonstratinn Program in ButC.e County, and
the Chairman of the Board he authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of said county. This supplement covers the placement of parrement markers as
shown in ExhibiC "B" attached to Program Supplement I3o. 4;
' 2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certif4ed copy of Chis
i resolution to said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board be authorized to attach certified copy
of this resolution to said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of BuCte;
