Board that the xeal property located at 1480 Lincoln Street, Oxovi~le,
California, xs not needed for County purposes and recommends that rhe
property more fullq described in Exhibit A at~ached and made a part
by reference be sold in accordance with §25520, et seq., of the
Government Code as required by law.
Wt~REAS, this Board declares its intention to sell the described
property under the terms and condi~xons in the notice attached as
Exhibit S and made a part by reference. As an alternative, this
Board also indicates its intention to se~l the house only that is
si~ua~ed on the aforementioned described pxoperty and bidders may bid
borh on the purchase ot the property w~th ~he house or solely on tha
purchase of the nouse itself and its removal. Any bid made on the
purchase of the house only and i~s removal should be made subject to
the terms and conditions that axe attached hereto as Exhibit C.
WHEREAS, a bid depasit sha11 accompany the bid in the amo~nt
ot 10% of the bid in the form of a cashier's or certified check or
postal money order.
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions set forth in the attached
no~ice to bidders is approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLV~ll by the ~utte Gounty Board of
Supervisors as fol].ows:
l. The Board sets Tuesday the 29th day of July, 1975 a~C 11:00 a.m.
in the chambers of the Board of Supexvisors, County Administration
Building, Oroville, California as ~Yze time and place for a public
mee~ing of said Board where sealed proposals and auction bids sha11
be received and considered.

2. The Clerk of this Soard is directed to cause the notice
of the adoption of this resolution and o~ the time and place of holding
the pubZic meeting to be given by postirig the resolution signed by the
Chairman of this Board, in three (3) public places in the County, as
follows:
1. On the property described herein
2. At the City Hall, Orovilie, CaLifornia
3. At the County Administration Building, Orovil~e •
California
not:less than 15 days from the date of the public meeting and by_pub~ishing
the notice pursuant to Government Code §6063 in the Oroville Mercury,
a newspaper of general circulation published in the County.
