ftESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
PU$LTC CON'VENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF INIPROVEMENT5 IN CLARK ROAD
ASSESShiENT DISTRICT NO. Z, COUNTY OF BUTTE,
S2'ATE OF CAI,IFORNIA
WHEItEAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notzce has
been qiven by publication, has been heZd as to the public conveni-
ence and necessity of the improvements in CZark Road Assessment
District No. 1, County of Butte, State of California; and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard and considered all the evidence,
both oral and written, relative.to the public convenience and
neaessity o~ the con.struction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT RESnL~I'ED that this Board finds and
determines that the public convenience and necessity require
the following improvements proposed to be constructed in Clark
Road Assessment Dis~rict No. 1, County of Butte, 8ta.te of.California:
The construction of curbs and gut~ers in and along
C1.ark Road, Paradise, front Pearson Road to a point
approximately 200 feet north of Elliott Road,
toge~her with relocation and/or repl.acement of
walks, curbs, pavement and other existing
improvements disturbed by cons~ruction,
together with a1Z necessary appartenances,
and further detezritines that the "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931" shell not apply ~o
these assessment proceedings; and
~ BE IT FUR'~HER RESOLVED that this project shall proceed in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the Municipal Tmprove-
ment Act of 1913. '

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board ot Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at a reguTar meeting thereof, held on the lst
day of July, 1975, by the foilowing vote, to wit:
