The exterior boundaries o~ the terrirory to be annexed 'are as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The territory proposed fox annexa~ion is uninhabited. 3. That the following distinctive short form designation sha~~ be used throughour this proceedings: T.AFCo No. 75-17 Annexation to County Service Area Na. 4. WHEREAS, the reason for this annexation proposal is ~o pxovide maintenance and servicing of drainage facilities and con- struction, operation, replacement, maintenance and repair of sewage collect~on, transpor~ation and disposal systems, for the descr.ibed terrztoxy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows xn compliance w~th the requirements of the District Reorganization Ac~ and the determ~nations of ~he Loca1 Agency 1~rmation Commission: 1. It is the in~ention of this Board to annex the territory hereinbe~ore described to County Service Area No. 4. 2. Any such written protest by a lan.downer shall contain a descrip~ion sufficient to identify the 1.and oraned by him; a protest by a voter shall contain the residential address of such voter . 4.
