CENSUS CONZRACT WITH STAT~ DEPAR2~NT OF FTI3AI3CE
BE IT RFSOLUED that the Board o~'Supervisors of the County of Butte~
in regular session assembled this 29th day of July, i975, hereby authorizes
and directs James M. Ladd~ Cha~.rmant to execute on behalf of sai.d County of
Butte an agreement between the State Depart~nent of FY.nance and the County o£
Butte, relating to preparation of a popul.ation estimate for the County of
Butte, by the saa.d Depaz~tment of F`inance.
