RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR AI,LOCATIdN
OF FUNDS TO PUBZIC UTII,ITIES COMMISSION OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNI~1

BE IT RESOLVED by the SOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNT'Y OF BUTTE,
State of California, as follows, to wit:
1. That said Board hereby approves and authorizes the request for
allocation of funds from the public Utilities Commission in cozenection with
Che following railroad crossi.ngs:
A. Southern Pacific RR on Township Road (Crossing No. C-156.5)
B. Southern Pacific RR on Muir Avenue (Crossi.ng No, C-187.8)
C. Southern 1'acific 12R on Nord Highway (Crossing No. C-190.8)
2. That the Chairman of this Board ia hereby authorized to execute
said request and the C:~.erk of thfs Board is authorized to attach a certa.fa.ed
copy of this resolution to said request.
