RESOLUTION OPPOSING SEI3AT~ BILL 632
WF~EREAS, this Board has reviewed the provisions of Senate
Bi11 632, and
WHEREAS, Senate B~i1 632 if enacted into 1aw W~ii impose
additional and unnecessary cost upon the already over-burdened
property taxpayers.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved:
That this Board stron~ly opposes Senate Bill 632 and
respectfully urges that Senate Bill 632 not be enacted into law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
sent to the Honorable Ttandol.ph Collier, Senator, First Distri.ct,
the Honorable Pauline Davis, Assemblywoman an.d th.e Honorable
Eugene Chappie, Assemblyman, and to the Honorable John A.
Nejedly, Senator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County ~oard of Super-
visors this ~th day of Auc~ust , 1975, by the
