FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-1976
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of Cali.fornia has heretofore set the time and place for heara.ng and
~zxzng the final budget as ori the 15th day of Jul~r, 1975, in the
Board of Supervisors room in the Butte County Courthouse, oroville,
California; and
WHEREA.S, said hearing was continued from day to day and con-
cluded on the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed in
writing and filed with said Board before the cl.ose of said budget
hearings were considered by said Board;
N~W, 'I'HEREFOktE, B'E IT R~SOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SU PERVISORS of
the County of Butte, State o~ Ca~.ifornia, that the app x~opriations
now contained in the proposed budget as revised by the Board at the
public hearings, and recorded in the minutes thereof, a~e he.reby
declared adopted and the various object appropriations therein.

The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor McKillog ,
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Cameron , and said
Resolution was passed this I9i~ day of August, 1975 on roll call by
the following votes:
AYES: gupexvisors Cameron, Mad~gan, i~IcKillop and Chairman Ladd
NOES: Supervisor Richter
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
