HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-128p Resolufion RESOLUTION ORDERING ANN~XATIbN CJF TERRITORY TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 4 WHEREAS, the But~e Cov.nty Local Agency Formation Co~ission, after appropriate proceedi.ngs, duly adopted a resolution approving ~he proposed annexation and assigning to sa~d proposal the fol7.owing distinctive short-form designation: T~AFGo No. 75-ll Annexation to County Service Area No. 4, and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the resolution of approval from the Local Agen.cy Formation Commisszon, tk~.is Board on 3u1y 22 , 1975 adopted Resolution No. 75-I11 , a resolution and notice of intention to annex terra.tory to Coun~rq Service Area No. 4 and setting a public hearing on said proposed annexation to be held August 26 1975 at 1:30 _p.m. , and WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was duly and properly given, the said hearing has been held and a11 persons desiring to be heard have been h.eard, no ~rritten protests of the proposed annexa- tion were filed with this Board and the factors set forth in Governmen~e Code §563I4.1 have been considered. NOW, '~H~REFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered pursuant to Governm.ent Code §§56319.1, 56320, and 56323 tha~ the terri.tory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hexeof by this reference is ordered annexed to County Service Area No. 4, without election, for the purpose of providing maintenance and servicing of drainage facilities and contruction, opera~ion, replaceiuent, main~enance and repair of sewage collection, trans- portati.on an.d disposal systems for the described territory. ~ 75-~~~ . , __ --__ - - ___.._.._ _ - _ - __: . . . .
