NOW, TI~.EhEFORE, BE Y~ RESOLVED by the Board of Super- visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That a water district is proposed to be established under the terins of the aforesaid divison in the unincorporated area o~ Butte County; tk~.e boundary lines of the territories pro- posed ~or inclusion in. the area are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by re£erence as though fu11y set for~h ~crer3~atim and at length. 2. That rhe pxoposed name for the water district i.s Lake Madrone Water D~s~rict. 3. That on October 7, 1975, at 1:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.
