RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, ~his Board has received a request from Alan G.
Baker, et al, to a11ow the abandonment of public utility easement
as descri.bed bel.ow,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et se ., this Board wishes ~o declare
its intention to abandon said public utility easement as described
below:
NOW, THEREFOiZE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives no~ice that at its
regular meeting on october 28, 1975 at 1i:15 a.m. , in the Board
Chambers, Bt~tte Coun.ty Administration Building, Orovil7.e, a hearing
sha11 be h.eld on. the abandonmen~ of ~he followin~ described easement:
Pinecrest Subdivision per map recorded March 2, 1954,
in Book 20, Page 30, 31, more particuZarly described as
follows:
Being all ~hat certain publ.ic utility easement si.tuated
~caithin Lot ~kll of said subdivision.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pu.zsuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
