ON THE COUNTY TAX ROLL FOR PURPOSES OF
COLLECTION
WiiEREAS, under the authority of the Improvement Ac~ of
1911, assessments were made in Skyway Assessmen~ Dis~ric~C N'o. 1,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Srree~s ana Highways
Code §5450, Gross an.d Company, Inc. assignee A. C. Corpora~ion,
has requested that Assessment No. 57 be placed upon the rax roll,
and
WH~R~AS, Assessment No. 57 is applied to parcel 1Vo.
52-25-45, the legal description of which is as follows:

1. The assessment in the ama~nt of $45.92 on parcel.
number 52-25-45 be placed upon the tax rol~. and collected at the
same time and in the same manner as general county taxes are
collected.
2. The clerk of the board is directed to deliver a
certified copy of this resolutzon ~o the auditor.
