RESOLUTIpN SELLING THE BUTTE
COUNTY SERVICE AREA Np. 26 1975

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors of Butte
County has duly authorized the issuance of the Butte
County Service Area No. 26 1975 Sewer Bonds, Series
B in the principal amount of $808,000 and further duly
authorized the sale of said bonds at public sale to
~he highes~ bidder therefor; and
WfiEREAS, notice of th~ sale o~ said bonds
has been given and the only bid received for said
bonds was the bid of the United States of America, Faacmers
Home Administration, offering to purchase said bonds at
par without a premium;
. PTOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED
by the Hoard of Supervisors of the County o£ Butte, as
follows:
Section 1. Said ba.d of the United States
of America, Farmers Home Administration for said bonds
is hereby aceepted and the Cciunty Clerk of the County

of Butte is hereby authorized and directed to cause to
be lithographed, printed, engraved or typed bonds of .
suitable quality.
Section 2. This Board of Supervisors, as
issuer of said bonds, hereby covenants that it will make
no use of the proceeds of such bonds which would cause
such bonds to be "arbi~rage bonds" under Section 103(d)
of the Internal Revenue Code; and to that end, so long
as any of such bonds are outstanding, the issuer with
res~ect to the proceeds of such bonds, and all officers
having custody or contral of such proceeds, shall comply
with aIl requirements of said section and the regulations
of the United States Department of the Treasury ~here-
under, to the extent that such reg~lations are, at the
time, applicable and in effect.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect
from and after its adoption.
