2 WHEREAS, T. M. Boring purchased sazd property described as Parcel !'A!'~
~ Sa7.lantrae Manor Unit No. 2, at duly noticed tax Sa1e on October 17, 1975, in
4 the Caunty of BatCe, Stiate of California, Said tax sale was held pursuant to
5 Revenue and Taxation Code, Section 3731; and
6 WHEREAS, the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Bu~te on October I4,
7 1975, by Reso2.utiom No. 75-150 accepted an easement over said property as
8 provided for in the subdi.va.sion af Baliantrae Manor, Unit No. 2 recorded `
9 May 16, 1953, in Map Book 30 at page 20, Official Records, Butte County, `j
l~ California; and
11 WHEREAS, said resolutinn was szot recorded prior to said tax sale; and
12 WHEREAS, T. M. Boring was not infox~med o~ said easement at the time
13 af purchase of said property;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the ,
15 County of Butte, State of Calz~orna.a, that the sale of said property is hereby
18 set aside ~ursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 3731.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisoxs o~ the County o€ Butte,
