'~hat public interest and necessity re~uare the acquisit~on`by the 7 County.of Butte, of said easement for the relocation. o~ electrie transmissi'on $ lines, in the County of Butte, Sta~e of Califorxiia. 9 2. (d} To make deposit of such security out of proper funds under the control of the County of Butte, in such amounts as fixed and dete~~wined,:and in such manner as said court.in which condemnation proceedings are pending,may direct, an,d the Auditor is authorized to make saa.d deposit immediately upon th, court making said order. 5• The said easement which ~he Coun-ty of ~utte is, by this Resolu- tion, authorized to acquire for said elec~ric transmi.ssion line, is situate in the Countyup~ Butte, State of California, more particularly described in E~chib' "A", attaehed hereto and made a part hereof by reference. Glerk or Deputy DESCRIp~'ZON EXF7TBZT rrA~r A utility easement wa.th the right to ereet, constru.ct, reconstruct, replace,: remove, maa.ntain~ and use a line of pol.es with such wires as second party shall. from time to time suspend therefrom for the tran.srnission of electric energy, and Yox communication purposes, and a11 necessaxy and proper crossarms~ guys, anchors, and o-~her appliances and fix~uxes for use in cortnection with said poles and wires, together with a right of way~ on~ along, and. in all of the hereinafter described sGrip o~ those certain lands which are situate in -~he County of Butte~ State of California, and are described as follows: ~A.P. No. 36-51-21~ p~ce1 No. 6 The parcel of land described in the deed from Robert B~.ade and Bijou " E. B1ade to Robert E. Tabacchi and wife dated June 15, 1960, and recorded July 6, 1960 in Book 1065 of Official Records at page 590, Butte Covnty Records, an.d being a portion of the east half of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 3 East, M. D. B. & M. The aforesaid strip is described as foll.ows: A strip of land of the uniform width of 15 ~eet lying contiguous to and southerly of the northerly boundary line of said lands and extend- ing from the easterly boundary lzne of said lands westerl.y approximately 260 feet to the westerly boundary line of said lands.
