RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from A1an G.
Baker, et a1, to a11ow the abandonmen~ of public utility easement as
described below,
W~IEREAS, pursuant to the authority ves~ed in this Soard
under Gavernment Code §§5~J430, e~ s~., this Board wishes to abandon
said easements as descr~bed belo~,r.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board;
1. That this Board finds that said easement is un-
n.ecessary for present or prospec~ive public use.
2. That said public utilitq easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
Gounty of Butte, S~a~e of California, and described as follows, to
r~rit :
Pinecrest Subdivision per map recorded March 2, 1954, in
Book 20, Page 30, 31 more particularly described as follows:
Being a11 that certain public utility easement si~tuared.
