1. Appl~ca~ion and a proposal ~.s hereby made ~o ~he ~'
Butte County Loca~. Agency Formation Comm.ission in accordance with
~h~ Knox~-N~sbet Act, beginning raith Gavernment Code §54773, far
es~abT.ishment of Coun-~y Service Area 56. The exterior bounc~.aries
of ~he proposed s~~vice area are described in Exhibit "A" a~~ached
hereto and ma.de a par~ hereo~ ~y this ref~~ence.
2. Establishment of said sexvice area is proposed~_,..:
under the County Service Area Law (Chapter 2.2, Part 2, Division 2,
T~.t~.e 3 of the Goverra.mex3.t Code beginning with §2527.0.1) . The ~ype
o~ ex~ended service proposed ~Co be provided is stree~ 1igh~ing.
