B~ IT RESOLVEb by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,,Staee
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement Number 5 to master agree-
ment for Federal-aid Safer Roads DemonstraCion Program in Butte County,,;and
the Chairman of the ]3oard be authQrized to execute said agreement on behalf
of said County. This supplemenfi covers the installation of automatic cros?sing
protection on non-federal routes as shown in ~xhibit "B" attacE~ed to Program
5upplement Number 5;
2. That Clerk of thzs Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this
xesolution to said agreement. '
