after appropriare proceedings, duly adopted a resolution approving
the propvsed anxzexation and assi:gni.n.g to said proposal th.e £o].lowing
di.stinctive short-form. designation: LAFCo No. 75-29 AnneXation to
County Service Area No. 4- Harold Hanrio~., and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of fihe resolution of approval from
the Local Agency Formation Commission, this Board on November 18,
1975 adopted Reso~ution No. 75-166a, a resolution and notice of
intention to annex territory to County Serviee Area No. 4 and
setting a public hearing on said proposed annexation to be held
December 3Q, 1975 at l].:30 a.m., and
[~HEREAS, notice o~ said public hearing was duly and properly
given, the said hearing has been held and all persons desiri.ng to
be heard have been heard, no written protests of the proposed annexa=
tion were filed with this Board and the factors set forth in
Government Code §56314.1 have been considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered pursuant to
Govexr~.ment Code §§56319.1, 56320, and 56323 that the territory
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by
this reference is ordered annexed to County Service Area No. ~,
without election, ~oz tkze purpose of providing ~naintenance an.d
servicing of drainage facilities and construction, operation,
replacemen:t, maintenance and repair of sewage collection, trans-
portation and disposal systems ~.ocated witlz the boundaries of the
area described herein p~.rsuant to Government Code §25210.4a.
