WHEREAS, purs~.ant to the autho~rity vested in th~:s Baard under
Government Code §§50~+30, et s~., thi:s Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandon said publxc ut~.lx~Cy easement as described below:
NOW, ~~R.~~'OR~, SE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. ThaC ~his Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meetzng on February 3, 1976 at 1:30 p.m. , in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Adm~n~.stration Buildi.ng, Oroville, a hearing shall be hel:d
on the abandonznent of the foZlowing described easement:
.A.11 that real property situated in ~he County of Butte,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Sec 14, T22N, R3E, MDB&M. Described as that portion of the
southerly 12 ft. o~ Lot 7 of "Wildwood Estates Subdivision",
zecorded in Sook 2/~, Maps of Official Records, Page 49, re-
served for public utility easement purposes.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND A-OPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
