WI~REAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Section g60.1, the
Board finds that a portion of 01d Orovi~le-Bangor Highway should be summarily
vacated,
NOVF, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Board of ~unervisors of the County
of Butte~ State of Cala.forni.a~ as foJ.].ows:
The following-described port~.on of Old OxoviJ.le-Bangox I3ighway is hereby
summarily vacated. and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section„
960.1:
A11 that portiozi of the northeast quarter of section 28~ T18N~ R5E~ M.D.M.
more particularly described as follows:
The north 50 feet of the northeast qua,rter af the northeast quarter of
see~ion 28~ T18N~ R5E~ M.D.M.~ bounded on the west by the east line o£ OroYri~le
' Bangor Highway and bovnded on the east by a line 50 feet west o~' the east
line of said section 28.
