ADDING A PROVISION THERETO MAKING IT CT,EAR THAT THE COUNTY OF BUTT
3 WILT, ENFORCE SAID ORDINANCE No. 752 WHICH REGULATES AUTO COURTS,
RESORTS AND MOTELS

'5 WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September , 1962,
6 the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Califor-
ry nia duly adopted Ordinance No. 752 adopting the Auto Courtsr Resor s
g and Motels Act being Division 13, Part 2.1 of the California Healt
9 and Safety Code and California Administrative Code, Title 8,
10 Chapter 9, Article 6; and
11 WHEREAS, said Ordinance had previously been approved
12 by the Division of Housing of the State of California; and
13 WHEREAS, by•letter of October 4, 1962, said Division of
14 HOUSing now requests that a provision be added to said ordinance;
15 NOW, THEREFOREr THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
16 OF BUTTEr STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
17 1. That there shall be added to said Ordinance No. 752
18 the following paragraph, to wit:
19 Where the Division of Housing, in said act, and
20 rules implementing the same, is designated as the enforcement
21 agency, it shall mean the County of Butte.
'22 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
23 after its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
24 after its passage, it shall be published at least once with the
;25 names of the supervisors voting for or against in a local news-
26 paper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
i27 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
28 the County of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of
29 November, 1962, by the following vote:
30 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Steine~ger, Pryde and Chairman
NOES: None ~~_ Alldredge
