2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days after the date
of its`adopton, and before the expiration of fifteen (153 days after its
passage, it shall be published~th the names of the members voting for and
against the same, once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of Californian

State of Ga~ifornia, at the regular meeting thereof on the 27th day of
