ORDINANCE Na. 759
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BIITTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NOp 741 AND
INCREASING THE COMMERCIAL-AREA IN T~iE UNINCORPQRATED AREA OF
BIITTE COUNTY., NORTH OF-THE CITY.OF.CHICO.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 475 and 522
DO ORDAIN as follows:
That Section 1 of Butte County Ordinance No. 74l is hereby
amended to read as follows;
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the
County of .Butte, State of Calafor:nia, shall be and is hereby
zoned as a."C-2" Distract (General Commercial) as hereinaf-ter
described and sub~ect to all of the restricted uses applicable
to the uses of a C-2" District, said area so zoned being locat-
ed i.n the unincorporated area of Butte Countg, northeast of
the City of Chaco, particularly described as follows:
1.1 Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 and a portion of
Lot 14, of the Burson Tract west of the High-
way 99E Freeway, as shown=:~on those certain
maps or, .plate thereof on file and of record
in the.?Offices of the County Recorder and the
Planning Commission of Butte County, State of
California.
1.2 Lots 1, 2, 3, ~., 5, b, 7, $, g, 10, 11, 26 and
27 of the Consorts Subdivision, Chico, as shown
on those certain maps or plats thereof on file
and of .record in the office of the County Re-
corder ,Butte County, State of California,
1.3 Assessor.p~rcels 44-21-33, 44-21-34, ~.!}-21-35s
and l~t~~-21-36 as shown on maps on file aid of
record in the office of the Butte County As-
sessor, State of Calif ornia,,on March 5, 19$2.
1.4 Assessor parcels 44-131-26 and ~,]~.-X31-27 as
shown on maps of file and of record in the
office of the Butte County Assessor, State of
California, on. March 5, 1962,
This Ordinance shall be, and it hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after ~.hQ
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days of ter its passage this Ordinance shall be published once..
with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and against it, in the Chico-Enterprise

ornia. .
