AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 749 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOi~7N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1962-63.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 749 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3(A) of said Ordinance entitled
"Salary Plan for Classified Employees" is amended by adding
thereto the following:
Class Title Number & Range
Zoning Inspector 28 (460-573)
(b) That Section No. 34 of said Ordinance entitled
"Public'dorks Department" under subheading "General Services"
is amended to read as follows:
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
34 1 Assistant Engineer
31 1 Jr. Civil Engineer
28 7 Building Inspector
28 1 Zoning Inspector
19 1 Steno.-Clerk II

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption,-and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the.
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
