AiJ'FIiORIZING THE TAX CpLLECTOR ~'0 US~

WH~REAS, errors have occured in the tax collector's
of£ice by posting the rol~. pursuant to §2b14 of th.e Revema.e and
Taxation Code, and
WHEREAS, ~the Board desires to eliminate such errors,
and
WHEREAS, the Board'may pursuant to Revenue and Tax--
ation Code §2614.5 authorize the tax collector to adopt a pro-
cedure showing the fact and date of tax payments on machine pre-
pared lists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that; the tax collector
is au~horized to adopt a procedure showing ~ehe fac~C and da~e of
~ax paym.ents on machine prepared lists.
