BE IT RESOLVED AND ORD~~~D, that the Board o~

does hereby authorize and direct the chairman o£ the Soard
to execute a disclaimer to be filed in ~hat condemnation
action filed in ~he United States Disrrict Court for the
Eastern District of California, and encap~ioned: "United
States of America, Plaintiff, vs. 30.85 Acres of ~and,
More or Less, Situate in Butte County (ies), State of
